EGN Youth Sports & Development is a non-profit organization missioned to improve youth and their communities through the art of Karate. Our goal is to strengthen the minds, bodies and hearts of the youth in our communities through Karate training. We are a firm believer that physical training leads to increased spiritual connection and strength through patience, which in turn leads to better decision- making from our children. We aim to deepen relationships between children of diverse backgrounds to create community-minded and open–minded individuals who value friendships, and authentic relationships with themselves and the communities they exist in.

Team Prospect has been serving the South Bronx community for over 10 years. We determine our success by the positive impact our training has on the lives of our students. Whether you are looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, gain discipline, or participate in competitions, we are the school for you. We offer a well-rounded program with striking basics in our taekwondo/karate classes. We also offer grappling sessions with Brazilian jiujitsu and judo. We hope you join our martial arts family!

The goal of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is to educate young people and adults with skills to defend themselves through the healthy and creative styles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Judo/Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, Chinese Kickboxing, & Submission Wrestling. Under the guidance of Sifu Brandon Bonner, students will learn respect for one another and engage students in open-minded exchanges all at a competitive and reasonable cost. See you on the mats!
