About
Jungle Gym Martial Arts has trained kids and adults in the Bronx for over 20 years. We teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking, wrestling, and MMA at 1526 Unionport Road, near the Castle Hill stop on the 6 train. Kids classes run for ages 5 to 8 and 9 to 12 on weekdays and Saturdays. Teens and adults train together in beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes, mornings and evenings, Monday through Saturday. Our after-school program picks up from local Parkchester schools and covers snack time, homework, and training until 6 PM. We also run summer and holiday camps and private lessons. Total beginners are welcome, and the school lends you any gear you need to start. Founded by a former professional MMA fighter. Walk-ins welcome.
