My name is Wendy Ramirez. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico until the age of 15, when I moved to the Bronx, New York. My passion for understanding the body began early in life while I was a gymnast in high school. Experiencing sports-related injuries firsthand helped me understand the importance of proper body care and recovery. That experience is what inspired me to become a massage therapist and help others heal naturally without unnecessary surgeries. I graduated from ASA College in 2015 with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Massage Therapy and became a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist in 2016. I am also a certified personal trainer through ISSA.
