We have a strong focus on therapeutic exercise, postural re-education, balance and proprioceptive activities, biomechanics and manual therapy. We aim to restore Range of Motion, Strength, Postural Alignment and Function by using a combination of modalities. Physical modalities include Laser, Ultrasound, Shortwave Diathermy, Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation and Mechanical Tractions. We focus on therapeutic exercise, postural re-education, balance and proprioceptive activities, biomechanics and manual therapy. These are the "time consuming" modalities that many of the large practices avoid.
