Shira Y Wieder, MD, is an attending physician at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Dermatology at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Wieder’s clinical focus centers on treating psoriasis. She seeks to provide personalized and leading-edge care to all her patients. Her other interests include treating acne, rosacea, skin cancer and all other dermatologic concerns for patients of all ages. After earning her Doctor of Medicine at Montefiore Einstein in 2015, Dr Wieder completed postgraduate training in internal medicine at Northwell Health – Northshore Long Island Jewish Medical Center in 2016.

Konstantinos Loupasakis, MD, is an attending rheumatologist at Montefiore Einstein and Rheumatology Fellowship Program Director and Associate Professor, Medicine at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Loupasakis sees patients with a wide range of rheumatologic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus and multisystem sarcoidosis. In 2007, Dr Loupasakis earned his medical doctorate at University of Crete in Greece. He later came to the United States to further his medical training, completing his medical residency at Steward St.

Richard V Smith, MD, FACS, is Chair, Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, Professor, Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, Professor, Surgery and Professor, Pathology at Montefiore Einstein. Dr Smith’s clinical focus is on head and neck surgery, including transoral robotic and laser surgery for throat and larynx cancer, salivary gland, thyroid and parathyroid surgery. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in 1984 at Middlebury College, Dr Smith received his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 1990. He completed an internship in surgery in 1991, followed by a residency in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital, completed in 1995.

Bradley A Schiff, MD, is Professor, Otorhinolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery, Director, Otorhinolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery and Director, Head & Neck Cancer Service at Montefiore Einstein. His clinical focus is on all aspects of head and neck cancer surgery including cancers and masses of the oral cavity, larynx, pharynx and neck as well as tumors of the parotid thyroid and parathyroid glands. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts at Wesleyan University in 1993, Dr Schiff attended New York University School of Medicine, earning his Doctor of Medicine in 1997.
