Since 2017, Casa Maria Community Health Center has been caring for the South Bronx — no matter who you are or where you're from. We offer primary care, pediatrics, nutrition, podiatry, behavioral health, and HIV prevention & case management (PrEP/PEP). Our compassionate, Spanish-speaking care team (doctors, nurses, and staff) come from this community and understand its needs. We accept most insurances and offer a sliding fee scale.
