Daisy Berisha, OD, is an attending optometrist at Montefiore Einstein and Instructor, Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Berisha’s clinical focus centers on primary eye care and ocular disease, including diabetic eye examinations, glaucoma screenings and treatments, anterior segment disease and pediatric eye examinations for children aged 5 and up. In 2015, Dr Bersha received her Bachelor of Arts from Macaulay Honors College at Lehman College, City University of New York. She then pursued her medical education at Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, earning her Doctor of Optometry in 2019. She completed her optometry residency at VA NY Harbor Healthcare System in 2020.

Jacob Rosenberg, OD, FAAO, is an attending pediatric and adult strabismus optometrist at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Rosenberg’s clinical focus is on diagnosing and managing ocular diseases and pediatric visual disorders. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in biology from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Geneseo in 2019, Dr Rosenberg earned his Doctor of Optometry at the SUNY College of Optometry in 2023. He completed his residency in pediatric optometry and ocular disease at BronxCare Health System and the SUNY College of Optometry in 2024.

Marjorie J Strelzyn, OD, is Director, Contact Lens at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Strelzyn provides comprehensive medical eye examinations, complex refractions and the full spectrum of contact lens fittings. Her expertise is in specialty contact lens care for patients with complex corneal, ocular surface and refractive conditions, including keratoconus, irregular corneas due to surgery, trauma or scarring, severe dry eye, high refractive errors, corneal transplants and recurrent corneal erosions.
