About
Sara Tavarez, MD, is an attending physician, Internal Medicine at Montefiore Einstein. Dr Tavarez’s clinical focus is on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of conditions and diseases in adult patients. Dr Tavarez pursued her medical degree at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santiago. She earned her Doctor of Medicine in 2015 and continued her education at the same institution, completing her Master of Science in biomedical research in 2018. She later came to the United States and in 2022, Dr Tavarez completed her internal medicine residency at Lincoln Memorial Center.
