About
Hoopology is the Bronx's only I'm Possible certified skill lab, led by Coach Warren — Air Force veteran, 20+ years coaching, 250+ college placements. Our coaches are trained under Micah Lancaster, creator of I'm Possible, and certified in TDSE (Technique-Driven Skill Enhancement). Coach Teisha Hyman, Syracuse University ACC standout, leads our girls-only Train Like Teisha program. Coach Will Sadek-Arthur, US Navy team veteran, runs our elite Drill Sergeant athletic performance program. We offer Skill Lab group training (2-3x per week), personal training, Drill Sergeant strength and conditioning, and NEX Run NYC open runs. First session just $20. We don't run drills. We engineer decision-makers. Avoid Easy. Do Hard Better.
