I provide results-driven therapeutic massage in the local area, specializing in low back pain, chronic tension, and movement-related discomfort. As a New York State licensed massage therapist and ACE-certified personal trainer, i offer skilled, evidence-informed care tailored to each client. Sessions are customized using sports massage, orthopedic techniques, and myofascial release to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long term relief. I work with active individuals recovering from training or workouts, as well as desk-based professionals dealing with postural strain, stiffness, and stress. Clients choose my practice for focused, professional treatment designed to help them move and feel better.

My name is Wendy Ramirez. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico until the age of 15, when I moved to the Bronx, New York. My passion for understanding the body began early in life while I was a gymnast in high school. Experiencing sports-related injuries firsthand helped me understand the importance of proper body care and recovery. That experience is what inspired me to become a massage therapist and help others heal naturally without unnecessary surgeries. I graduated from ASA College in 2015 with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Massage Therapy and became a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist in 2016. I am also a certified personal trainer through ISSA.
